Terms and Conditions

Teepee/sleep over event

Once you have made the decision to use our services, you will select available date, select your theme, the package, add any add-ons.  We will coordinate with you and do the rest.

 

Parties should be booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

 

The booking is confirmed at time of deposit.  If the deposit is not received, we can’t guarantee the date will be available.

Tee pee bookings require a non-refundable booking deposit of $75.  This deposit can vary depending on the services needed and size of the event.

A $75 damage fee will be applied with the cost of event. This fee is due with the final balance 1 week prior to the event. This fee is returned once items are inspected.  If any damage found the event host will receive an itemized list and refunded any balance left after damage fees applied.

For teepee parties it's recommended that you have room space of 16 x 24 sf.  Each tent is 4.5 x 6 ft with a twin size mattress for each tent setup. The space should be free of furniture. Perfect Dreams will not be able to move furniture.  If you would like us to look at the area you can send a picture and we can determine if the space is adequate.

We are happy to serve customers in the DFW area. Delivery is free up to 30 miles from Perfect Dreams address.  After 30 miles there will be an additional 40 cents per mile added.

Rentals

Teepee bookings include delivery, setup, styling, break down and pickup.

Teepee's are reserved for a 24-hour period.  Additional time can be requested at the time of booking for an additional charge $25 per hour or $100 per day.  Perfect Dream will do the setup on the day of event and break down the day after. Teepees are for indoors use unless agreed upon at time of booking.

Rentals are delivered at time agreed by Perfect Dream and Event host.  Usually delivered by 2pm, however the time will be arranged at the time of booking.  Set up will range between 1.5-3 hours depending on size of the event.  Equipment will be picked up by 2pm the following day after the event.  Perfect Dream will break down the all the equipment.

In order to give adequate time before the guest arrival, it’s important that the event host or an adult be available, and the area is ready for setup.  Any delays in setup could result in an additional charge. Take down usually takes 1 to 2 hours depending on event size.

Pets

We love our fur babies and ask that they are kept out of the area of teepee setup to avoid damage/puncture to air bed/bedding.

Tent Party Cancellation policy

We understand that things come up and for this reason we will allow your party to be rescheduled for another date.  The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred.  Any additional paid charges can be used to reschedule or 50% can be refunded if after the 7 day cancellation period.

Damage to equipment

The event host is responsible for all equipment/bedding and items while in their care.  

​

To avoid accidents we ask that food, drinks, make up, nail polish, or any products that will cause stains not to be used in the tent or area of setup. If any children/adults are wearing make-up we ask that it be removed before sleeping in tents.

​

Upon arrival of pick up the equipment will be inspected and the damage fee is returned if there is no damage to item after inspection.  

​

Any damaged or missing items will result in additional charges and/or deducted from damage fee.  If damage exceeds the fee amount an invoice will be issued immediately for the cost of replacement to items. This includes stains to teepee, bedding, blankets and pillows.

​

Care of tents/bedding/pillows

Perfect Dream take full care of our bedding and we keep our customers in mind that are sensitive to allergens.

Perfect Dream doesn’t supply sleeping pillows due to sanitary reasons.  We ask that guest bring their own sleeping pillows.  We ask that children/adults avoid using throw/decorative pillows for sleeping.

All mattresses, sheets, tents and decorative/throw pillows are thoroughly washed, disinfected and sanitized after each use.  Sheets and blankets are washed in hypoallergenic and fragrance-free detergent.

​

 It is the responsibility of the event host to ensure that children are supervised at all times during the party. Tents and bedding items are the responsibility of the event host while in their care.  

​

Perfect Dream is not responsible for the care and safety of the children and cannot be held responsible for any injury to a child during the party.

​

A la carte Balloon orders

Perfect Dreams will provide service for balloons without a sleepover or other party bookings.

Balloons/personalized items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.  Balance should be paid in full within 7 days of event date.

Balloons will be delivered for a fee of $25 if only ordering balloons.  Perfect Dreams will deliver, setup and pickup equipment the day after event.

If a backdrop, columns or arch is needed there will be an additional $50 fee.

Setup time will vary based on size of order.  We ask that you allow early setup so that arrangements of balloons can be setup before guest arrival.

Balloons are for the host of event to keep and It’s the responsibility of the event host to care for all balloon equipment while in their care.  Any damage or lost equipment will be an additional charge.  Damage fee of $75.00 will be refunded at end of event after equipment is inspected.  Balloon equipment includes the following:

  • Backdrop frame

  • Column frames

  • Arches or pedestals

  • Clips/parts 

Perfect dreams will breakdown equipment when picked up to avoid parts being lost or damaged.

Balloon Cancellation policy

Perfect Dreams put quality time into our balloon designing which requires advance prepping to create our custom arrangement.  We understand things come up where you may need to cancel and we will work with you to reschedule for another available date.  Cancellation must be prior to 7 days of event to be eligible for transfer of deposit.  Cancellations after 7 days will forfeit deposit.  Any additional fees paid can be transferred to another available date or refunded.
